Consignor Contract

Please indicate your preferences for how you would like your consignment to run.
Allowing your items to be marked down over time will greatly increase your chance to sell your items.

Donated items go to programs in the Regina area that do not charge people for acquiring them.

Please read the following terms and conditions of beginning a consignment with Twice Loved CCB

1. Items need to be in clean condition (items that have stains, holes, missing pieces or look really worn will not be posted. Discretion will be used by Twice Loved Consignment)
2. Items need to be in plastic totes with lids, each labelled with your name.
3. A maximum of 3 totes per consignment.
4. Items will be posted on the page for 4 weeks. At day 18 the items will be placed in the 25% off album (if selected). At the end of week 3, items will be placed in the sale album where they will be 50% off (if selected).
5. Consignment Rate of pay out is 50% of your items sold.
6. Payment will be made at end of contract via email money transfer
7. Unsold items/plastic totes need to be picked up when contacted within 1 week. After 1 week all items and totes become property of Twice Loved.
8. Items will be quarantined for up to 3 weeks due to Covid-19. Items are posted in consignor order that they were received. Posting times may vary.
9. Acceptable items are any items related to children (clothes, toys, equipment, etc.) or maternity with the following exceptions:
   • Car seats
   • Booster seats
   • Underwear (unless brand new and in original packaging)
   • Any item not permitted to be sold in Canada
   • Any item that does not fall within Canadian safety guidelines
10. Items not to be marked down, or listed for a certain price, have had pictures taken and sent to Twice Loved through Facebook messenger with a brief description of each item.
